Emotion Code/ Body Code

 

I offer a form of energy work that integrates both the Emotion Code and Body Code—two complementary approaches that work together to help the body release what has been stored within and restore balance at a deeper level.

The Emotion Code focuses on identifying and releasing trapped emotions—emotional energies from past experiences that can linger in the body. These trapped emotions can contribute to physical discomfort, emotional heaviness, and a sense of disconnection, often without you even realizing it.

Building on this, the Body Code allows us to go further by identifying additional underlying imbalances—whether emotional, physical, or energetic—that may be affecting your overall well-being.

Because the body is made of energy, these imbalances can influence how you feel both physically and emotionally. By releasing them, we create the conditions for the body to naturally return to balance. Many people experience relief from physical discomfort, greater emotional ease, and a deeper sense of connection, clarity, and well-being.

 When I began my Emotion Code journey, I discovered in my very first session that the anxiety I had struggled with for years was inherited from my mom. After addressing that anxiety, I felt a sense of calm and rest I hadn’t experienced in a long time.

After just two sessions, I can truly say how easy and amazing this method feels. Sleep has always been a challenge for me, and I relied on medication just to make it through the night.
